（1）中外合作办学事务部：负责中外合作办学项目的招生、培养工作。

（2）学生工作办公室：负责中外合作办学项目学生的教育、管理与服务工作。

（3）留学生事务部：负责留学生的招生、管理与服务工作。

（4）孔子学院办公室：负责西肯塔基孔子学院工作。

（5）汉语教研室：负责留学生汉语言和中国文化教学。

Introduction to Departments

(1) Chines-Foreign Cooperation Program Department: Responsible for the recruitment and training tasks of Chines-Foreign Cooperation Program.

(2) Student Affairs Department: Responsible for the education, management and service of the students in Chines-Foreign Cooperation Program.

(3) International Student Affairs Department: Responsible for the recruitment, management and service of international students.

(4) Confucius Institute Office: Responsible for the work of Confucius Institute in Western Kentucky.
