International Education Institute Collaborates with Logistics Management Office to Visited the Dormitories of International Students
In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the living adaptation situation of international students in the new semester, on the afternoon of September 13th, Qi Jianjun, deputy dean of the School of International Education Office, Li Peng, deputy director of the Logistics Management Office, international student counselors Wang Tianma, Li Shuang, and Liu Zhiyu, and dormitory management teachers Yao Jingwei and Peng Xiaoqin visited the dormitories of international students.
During the visit, teachers had face-to-face conversations with international students to learn about their study and living conditions. International students are urged to strictly abide by relevant Chinese laws, regulations and school rules and disciplines during their studies, regulate their daily lives in accordance with the relevant regulations on dormitory management while living on campus, and arrange their work and rest time reasonably. International students are encouraged to participate in more activities organized by the university and the institute, and adapt to life in China as soon as possible in a positive and full state.
On the 5th floor of Area A of Building 13, international student counselors visited the dormitories one by one and reminded international students not to make loud noises at night so as not to disturb the work and rest of other students. In addition, the International Education Institute and the Logistics Management Office guide international students to comply with dormitory management regulations and develop good living habits through various methods such as signing letters of commitment, posting reminder posters in the corridors, on-campus notifications and reminders, and having international student counselors stationed in the building.
