Scope of Diagnosis and Treatment
The North China Electric Power University Hospital (community health service center of North China Electric Power University) is located in the north of the university campus, which is subordinate to North China Electric Power University. With a construction area of 3,030 square meters, the hospital has more than 20 clinical and auxiliary departments, such as internal medicine, surgery, emergency medicine, gynecology, stomatology, preventive medicine, general medicine (ophthalmology, ENT), traditional Chinese medicine and laboratory medicine, medical imaging (including radiology and B-ultrasound room), electrocardiogram room and pharmacy, with 26 beds. The service population mainly includes more than 30,000 students, teaching staff and their families, and the surrounding people, with an average annual outpatient and emergency number of more than 60,000 people. It undertakes the health education for college students and the prevention and control of school public health every year, completes all kinds of physical examination for more than 10,000 people, and provides immunization services for different groups.
The hospital has a high-quality technical team, with 40 employees (including 25 employees on the payroll and 15 external and rehired employees). Among the 36 health technicians, 12 have the title of deputy senior or above; among the 18 doctors, 7 have the title of deputy senior or above, and 16 have bachelor's degree or above. Since 2010, 5 doctors with a master's degree from famous medical universities and 3a-grade hospitals have been introduced. All doctors have work or further study experience in 3a-grade hospitals. The hospital has more than 80 pieces of equipment worth more than RMB10,000, with a total value of more than RMB10 million, including imported Olympus full-automatic biochemical analyzer, Sysmex five-classification blood analyzer, Benya full-automatic blood analyzer, full-automatic urine analyzer, glycosylated hemoglobin detector, Shimadzu full-automatic X-ray system, Philips color ultrasonic diagnostic instrument, Siemens B-ultrasound, DMS ambulatory blood pressure detector, dynamic electrocardiograph detector, photoelectric multi-lead electrocardiograph, helicobacter pylori detector, arteriosclerosis detector, slit lamp, non-contact intraocular pressure meter, ophthalmic refractometer, dot matrix carbon dioxide laser, narrow-band ultraviolet therapeutic instrument, Nihong microwave therapeutic instrument, low frequency therapeutic instrument, intermediate frequency therapeutic instrument, Morita multifunctional dental treatment bed and six-in-one therapeutic instrument.
Reimbursement Process
Foreign students do not have medical insurance and need to buy separate insurance. The reimbursement process is to contact the insurance company and reimburwith the invoice.

Working Hours
I. Outpatient working hours
Monday to Friday
Registration time in the morning: 8:00-11:40
Registration time in the afternoon: 13:30-16:20
Remarks:
1. Biochemical examination of blood lipid, blood glucose, liver function and kidney function: every Monday and Thursday morning.
2. Color Doppler ultrasound examination: Every Monday to Friday morning, except emergency.
II. Emergency working hours
1. Monday to Friday
11:40-13:30 a.m. is the emergency registration period (large outpatient pharmacy is open during this period)
From 16:20 p.m. to 08:00 the next morning, it is the emergency registration period (the small emergency pharmacy is open during this period)
2. Saturday to Sunday (24-hour emergency registration period)
8: 00-16:00 (except 11:30-12:00, the large outpatient pharmacy is open at other times)
16: 00-8:00 a.m. the next day (the small emergency pharmacy is open)
Remarks: 1. The laboratory is open from 8:00 to 11:40 every Saturday (blood, urine and stool routine examinations can be done)
III. Working hours in winter and summer vacation and national legal holidays
The emergency department is on duty 24 hours a day. The opening hours of the large pharmacy and the laboratory will be announced later.
