ULEMJ DAMIRAN, Chinese name: 巨力; nationality: Mongolia; he was admitted to North China Electric Power University for the doctoral program in 2011, and defended a PhD degree in Control theory and automation from North China Electric Power University in 2016. After graduation, he return to the Power Engineering School of Mongolian Univerisity of Science and Technology. In addition, in the field of energy, he is working as a consultant to organizations such as the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. Member of the Science and Technology Council of the Ministry of Energy of Mongolia. Currently, he works as vice dean of the Power Engineering School, at the Mongolian Univerisity of Science and Technology.
