ABIKUNDA SAMUEL, Chinese name: Sha Mi'er; nationality: Rwanda; he was admitted to North China Electric Power University for undergraduate in 2011, and obtained a master's degree in Electric Power System and Automation from North China Electric Power University in 2014. After graduation, he was directly employed by Poly Solar Technologies, a subsidiary of China Poly Group, to undertake a large number of application R&D, design, integration, sales, engineering construction and services in new energy fields such as solar and wind energy. At the same time, he undertook the overseas promotion of Poly Solar Technologies and assisted the company leaders to entertain the presidents of African countries to visit China. He is an important bridge connecting China and the world in the development and research of new energy. Currently he works as the Commercial Counselor of the Rwandan Embassy in China. In Jul. 2018, he served as one of the translators during the visit of President Xi Jinping.
