BARROSO DIAZ WILSON, Chinese name: Wang Shaocong; nationality: Cuba. He received a scholarship from the Confucius Institute at North China Electric Power University in 2015; he studied for a master's degree in Public Administration at our university in 2016, and in 2017 was shortlisted in the top ten of the Chinese Star Contest for foreign students in Beijing.
